On behalf of a family office based in Munich, we are hiring an Operations Transformation Manager. Our client has a successful track-record as a leading small cap investor in German medium-sized companies (10 - 50 million euros in sales). Operating across a range of sectors, the group currently hold a portfolio of 12 medium sized companies.
The position requires frequent travel and the ability to work on-site with the portfolio company management team.
Key Responsibilities:
The position is responsible for supporting portfolio companies (with a particular focus on E-Commerce) in operational optimization and growth-oriented projects. In this varied role, you will take temporary management responsibility in the portfolio company, with the aim of driving the company's operational and entrepreneurial development.
Key Requirements:
Strong academic record (bachelor's or master's degree) from a reputable university
Strategy and/or restructuring experience gained in a tier-1 management consultancy
Exceptional commercial / financial analysis skills and excellent commercial judgement
Fluent English & German
Willingness to perform frequent travel (75%+)
Following success in the position, you will have the opportunity to join a portfolio company in an MD position (with an attractive equity stake).
