On behalf of a multinational operating in the Chemicals industry, we are seeking a Strategy Project Manager to join the inhouse business consulting team.
The Business Consulting team support business units in a variety of projects. Topics include Innovation & Growth, Marketing & Sales, Organizational Excellence, Post-Merger Integration / Carve Out and Change Management. As a Project Manager you will own modules / projects and manage cross-functional teams to implement change.
This is a high-development role - the Business Consulting team is highly regarded within the group and demonstrates an outstanding track-record in developing talent into business management positions. You would be expected to remain in the position for approx. 3-years before making the transition.

Prior experience in the chemicals sector is not required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Innovation & Growth: Driving innovative business modeling, bringing strategies to life and enabling agile organizational set-ups
  • Marketing & Sales: Supporting business with state-of-the-art pricing, marketing & sales concepts and strategies
  • Organizational Excellence: Optimizing and redefining organizational structures and processes to support strategy and business model implementation
  • Post-Merger Integration / Carve Out: Managing mid- to large scale acquisitions and divestments
  • Change Management: Planning, developing and implementing change initiatives 
  • Key Requirements:
  • 3yrs - 6yrs experience in a top tier management or strategy consultancy
  • Fluent English (German not required)
  • International work experience is a plus
