DACH Partner

On behalf of a fast growing ($15M+ annual revenue) Digital & Innovation focused consulting group, we are seeking to appoint a DACH Partner. The group partner with PE funds and portfolio companies to deliver due diligences, digital strategy and digital transformations.
In addition to an existing team of 60+ consultants, the group are changing the way consultancies serve investors and portfolio companies. The group have launched their own Saas product (data analytics platform to support decision making and portfolio management), a developer studio and acquired a UX design firm.

Key Responsibilities:

This is a highly entrepreneurial role with responsibility for developing deep client relationships with PE firms, and recruiting and leading an exceptional team of consultants.

You will have responsibility for:

Being the founding member of the DACH region and setting up the German office

Building a strategy for the growth in collaboration with the management team (co-founders, directors / managers, expert directors). You'll work on the strategic development plan, develop new partnerships and participate in key decisions around finance

Developing the business in the German market by promoting the existing offers to PE funds and corporates. You'll leverage and build upon an existing network and expand market awareness

Leading engagement and successfully interface with multiple clients. You'll conduct complex and large scale projects in collaboration with the operational manager and digital/strategy experts.

Developing and growing the German team.

Key Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with experience gained in a leading strategy consulting firm, who have an established network in Germany. Strong digital skills, prior exposure to the PE sector and start-up experience is preferred.
