On behalf of a leading healthcare provider, KellerGreen is currently hiring for a Senior Manager, Digital & Analytics to be based in Berlin.

The business is undergoing a significant digital transformation, including the recent setup of a data lake to support various products & services (connected devices, 3D imaging, AI etc). Reporting to the CDO, this is a newly created position to lead strategy, conception, development and control of digital solutions with the aim of creating new business models, through the combination of hardware, software and data analytics. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluation of strategic fields of action in the triangle "Hardware <-> Software <-> Data Analytics" as well as independent creation of recommendations for action
  • Responsibility for developing first prototypes to minimally functional products to marketable solutions that create real value for customers and patients
  • Support and management of strategic, innovation sprint workshops with different business units with the aim of evaluating data-based business models
  • Close cooperation with the international departments of digital startups as well as close exchange with sales companies
  • Creation of reports, presentations and participation in internal and external events
  • Selection and integration of external digitization specialists with the aim of improving work results and MVPs

    • Key Requirements:

  • Tier-1 strategy consulting background or relevant in-house experience gained in digitization and innovation topics (big data / data analytics, design thinking, lean startup, innovation sprints, hackathons, etc.)
  • Experience in the healthcare sector preferred but not essential
