Reporting to the COO, the Strategy & Operations Manager will actively support management in a wide variety of operational & strategic projects, working across all business units internationally Responsibilities include local CEO support, PMO responsibilities and Decision-Support at Board level.
This is a newly created, high development role with strong exposure to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Active support of the management in operational tasks
Analysis and preparation of statistics and data at Corporate and Business Unit level
Analysis of markets, business segments and corporations
International and internal project management across all business lines including new business development - from development to coordination and / or management
Development of decision templates on board level
Development of business strategy on Group- and SBU-levels
Working in close co-operation with members of the Executive Board and SBU management teams
Key Requirements:
Proven strategy and business development toolkit, preferably from a top-tier strategy consulting firm
Track record of successfully leading strategic projects or work streams
Confidence in communication and interaction with senior executives across cultures and countries
Strategic mindset combined with pragmatic, can-do approach
Entrepreneurial personality with drive and energy to motivate others and get things done
