The Challenge
Our client was looking to build a San Francisco-based digital incubator (to act as a showcase for their digital transformation) and bring innovations in Industry 4.0 back to Munich. To achieve this they needed someone with German engineering knowhow combined with a network in the US. Finding someone happy to move to one of the world’s most desirable technology hubs is typically straightforward, but finding someone with both proven German industrial digital experience and an existing US network was a unique challenge.
