Having trained as an automotive engineer in Germany, our candidate look advantage of the advancement in high-tech Automotive Technology and joined a major OEM in Silicon Valley. There they gained first-hand experience in connected and shared mobility services. Leveraging their career in California, the candidate later wanted to return home, but knew it would be difficult to find an environment that gave them the creative atmosphere and spark they had grown accustomed to in the US.
